Salon policies 

Our salon policies & guidelines are in place so clients experience the best results from treatments and to minimise the risk of adverse reactions.

Patch testing

 

Unfortunately no patch test 48 hours prior no treatment. 

 

Allergic reactions are possible but to minimise the risk we do not allow any treatment for HD brows, LVL lashes or tinting without having had the treatment in the last 6 months or a patch test 48 hours prior. Aftercare is important to gain the best result from any treatment and your therapist will advise you for each treatment if you are unsure please ask your therapist.

 

Please note treatments will be completed to the highest standards however adverse reactions are possible from any beauty treatment. To reduce the risk of any adverse reactions please make your therapist aware of any changes in medications, changes in skincare products such as skin peels, anti-aging treatments and any abrasive treatments to the skin prior to any treatments specifically waxing or facial treatments. 

 

Please make us aware of any allergic reactions you have previously had or allergies to any treatments or products. Waxing, tinting & HD brows can have adverse reactions such as redness, irritation, inflammation, soreness or skin grazing but to reduce the risk please let us know of any sun bed use or sun exposure 72 hours prior or any changes in medications, skincare or facial treatments, Hormonal changes and pregnancy. Tinting, HD brows & LVL treatments cannot be carried out when pregnant.

Salon cancellation policy

 

Please understand not giving 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment we miss the chance to fill the appointment. 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

In order to respect other clients appointment times if you arrive late your treatment time will be reduced if possible with the treatment you have booked, if you are over 15 minutes late we may not be able to carry out your treatments and 50% charge will apply. Online appointment deposits are able to be rescheduled online or cancelled for a refund unless your appointment is within 24 hours the appointment deposit is none refundable.

Child policy

To respect clients having relaxing treatments and due to insurance reasons we do not allow babies or small children in the salon.

Age restrictions

No under 16s for Eyelash extensions, LVL treatments or tinting. No under 14s for nail extensions. anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to sign a consent form for the treatments.

Gift vouchers 

Gift vouchers are none refundable but the value of the treatment chosen can be exchanged for a different service if you require a different treatment.

 

Complaints policy

We pride ourself on exceptional service and excellent customer care our therapists will always ask if you are satisfied before leaving. We do not issue refunds on any treatments however our salon treats feedback seriously and deal with it promptly if you experience any dissatisfaction regarding treatments please advise the therapist before leaving the salon, if you do not feel comfortable please ask to speak to the salon manager or as soon as possible. Most problems can be fixed straight away but if you have left the salon we will schedule a confidential time to return so we can discuss any issues. We will redo a service free of charge with another therapist or credit your salon account with a credit for another treatment.
